Pricing isn't just about revenue, it's about mindset and freedom


My business coach at the time was shocked when I fired my clients...


And shut my seven-figure agency at peak revenue...


I think he equated money with freedom...


And he helped us almost double my revenue...


But I certainly didn't feel free.


Didn't feel like I had time.


Working for clients who didn't value me or for whom I no longer supported from a ethical/philosophical standpoint.


Anxiety attacks.


Fat and inflammed.


Not present (mentally or physically) with my family.


So I shut it down.


And now, some of my clients are surprised when one of the first questions I ask them is...


"How many hours do you want to work per week?"


They're used to "gurus" simply focusing on, "how much money do you want to make?"


But we start by looking at the hours you want to work...


Then look at the monthly revenue you want to generate...


And then let math do the work...


So that you price your offerings in a way...


That allows you to work you desired hours while earning the desired revenue.


What this requires is...


Instead of pricing based on "what I think my clients will pay"...


You price based on impact...


Impact that clients receives (instead of competing on price for the discount, commodity shoppers)...


And the impact you receive in the way of the money paid to you as a receipt for your services...


And the impact this allows in terms of your TIME.


When we do this simple process...


Most people realize they have to charge more...


Or work more...


Or hire more people to help scale...


Or shut down their business.


Because the pricing you set allows you to work how much you want...


For whom you want...


When you want.


It's not just a revenue tool.


It's a freedom tool.
