Credentialing isn't sales

Hey, all you new health coaches, business coaches, therapists, realtors, and financial advisors, I'd like to let you in on a little secret...


Those licenses you just received...


The certifications you just got...


That test you just studied for and passed...


Won't help you build a prosperous business.


Credentialing isn't a brand.


Credentialing isn't sales.


Credentials don't determine your ideal clients.


Credential don't determine the unique positive impact those clients want from you.


I've worked with newly-credentialed entrepreneurs who experienced this wake up call.


They and their fellow "credentialees" thought they'd have that piece of paper and then the clients would start rolling in.


Then they figured out they actually had to go out and sell.


They figured out that the revenue doesn't get generated if they don't deliver the right message to the right clients.


If you think the letters after your name and the certificate on your wall are the key to a thriving and fulfilling business, think again.


If you're in business, you're in sales.


And if you don't want to sell, get out of business.
